Nancy works as a graphic communications industry consultant, advising clients on market development and implementation. Nancy’s experience from Xerox Corporation spanned over 20 years, and her current expertise as an independent consultant includes business collaterals, strategic business and marketing plans, application software, Internet solutions, and sales management process. Additionally, Nancy’s expertise includes mail, fulfillment, vertical market selling, and the TransPromo marketplace
Her cover story on tandem duplex print engines appears in Graphic Arts Monthly (April 2007), and she is a featured speaker at Printfest, PIA/GATF's VDP Conference 2007, as well as Pacific Printing and Imaging Association in conjunction with Graphic Communication Institute at Cal Poly. Nancy has also supported writing and developing industry applications for Schnoll Media Consulting, and most recently wrote a technical publication for PIA/GATF in 2008. Duke Zimmerman
Duke Zimmermans dedication to the printing industry spans over four decades. In this time, Duke grew his Baltimore-based screen-printing company into an internationally recognized leader in specialized niche graphics. As Owner, President and CEO of Globe ScreenPrint, as well as its offshoot companies, Globe Transportation Graphics, BraillePrint.Com and Zimmerman Editions, Zimmerman attributes much of his success to his continuous adoption of breakthrough graphic technology. The unique market niches that Duke created have allowed him areas of graphic expertise in ADA Compliance, fine art serigraphy, tactile printing techniques, overlays, vandal resistant graphics, luminescent imaging, and vision control materials. The unique products that Dukes companies developed and marketedmostly involving printing on various types of plasticsare in use today on equipment and machinery around the world, in the most prestigious art galleries and collections, and beneath the fingertips of the sight-impaired on a daily basis.
Over the years, Dukes passion for printing and graphics has allowed him to lead his industry in a multitude of ways. He has served two 3-year terms on the SGIA (Screen and Graphic Imaging Association) Board of Directors, on a variety of SGIA committees, as a panelist for SGIA Convention programs, on the Board of Trustees for the SPTF (Screen Printing Technical Foundation) and on the SPTF Digital Printing Committee. As a member of the Digital Printing Institute he also served on its joint SGIA/DPI board. Further, Duke participated as an active member of SPIRE (Screen Printing Industry Roundtable Exchange, CEOs of the industrys 20 largest graphic printers), as an active member of PIM (Printing Industries of Maryland) for 25 years, and gave testimony to the United States Senate on behalf of the Graphic Arts Legislative Council and SPAI.
Duke also authored a book chapter on public transportation signage, has been quoted continually over the decades in printing trade publications, and continues to consult in the printing graphics field.

Michael Burgstein
Mike Burgstein graduated from Graphic Arts school in Vienna, Austria in 1959. After working in prepress reproduction in Australia and the United States, Mike joining the Dupont Photoproducts export department in 1974 in a marketing and technical capacity, covering Latin America and Asia Pacific. Mike worked from 1981-1985 as Technical Manager in the development of proofing, printing standards and photo electronic products. He rejoined the International Marketing Department of Dupont Imaging Systems as Export Manager for Latin America and South East Asia, including China.
Mike later joined Sun Chemical Latin America in the capacity of a consultant for special technical projects throughout the Latin American Region until 2003.
Mike is currently engaged in consulting for the Printing Association of Florida and the Graphics of the Americas trade show, as the liaison with Latin American printing industries associations.
As an associate of John M Hamm & Associates, Mike Burgstein provides clients with a wealth of printing knowledge and experience along with his intimate knowledge of Latin American and Asian markets.
